1. What is lash refills and why do I need them?
After your initial appointment, some of your natural lashes will have reached the end of their life cycles and shed. You will start seeing gaps where the old lashes have fallen, with new baby lashes coming through. Once a baby lash is mature and strong enough to hold an extension, we can apply a lash on it so your lashes always look nice and full.
In addition, we usually cleanse your lashes during refill and this will clean away dirt, makeup residual and sebum that are stucked on the roots of your lashes which would lead to dropping of your own lashes, inflammation or infection.

2. When should I get the refill done?
Everyone have their own speed of lash growth cycle. The extensions will last longer for who do not apply any eye makeup.
Refill is recommended every 2-4 weeks. Full set will be charged for 4 weeks and above. Please note that our refill price only applies when 40% of the extensions remain attached.

3. Do you refill for my eyelash extensions done elsewhere?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refill eyelash extensions done elsewhere, due to issues of quality and differences in products. Extensions done by other lash technicians will be removed before a new set is applied. We offer a free removal if you book a new set with us.
4. Can I change the style when I get refill?
Yes, but additional charge might apply as we might need to remove some lashes before we apply a new style/shape.
5. Can I change to shorter or longer length?
Yes, but additional charge might apply as we might need to remove some lashes in order to match your new length.
6. Do I get a free refill if my extensions fall out too fast?
You may be eligible for a free refill if you have lost 40% of your extensions within 3 days after your initial lashes appointment. No free refill will be offered thereafter. No refund will be offered on this matter.
