1. What are eyelash extensions?
Eyelash extensions are synthetic or fake eyelashes, normally made from silk or mink, that are attached singularly on to natural lashes in order to add volume and length to them.
2. How is eyelash extensions applied?
Eyelash extensions are applied individually to your natural lashes, approximately 1mm - 1.5mm away from the eyelid using a bonding agent adhesive.
3. How long do eyelash extensions last?
2-4 weeks, depending on your natural growth cycle, aftercare maintenance, skin type, and weather.
4. What is the difference between Classic Set and Russian Volume Set?
A Classic Set is when only one extension is glued to each natural lash. It adds length and thickness and it's great for people who already have a fair amount of lashes. Volume lashes are a newer and more innovative technique where multiple extensions are attached to one lash to give more dimension and texture.
5. Will eyelash extensions damage my eyelashes and make my eyelashes fall out?
No, eyelash extensions will fall out following your original lash growth cycle. It will not reduce your lashes or make them go bald. If applied correctly and properly, they are safe and do not ruin the health of your natural lashes.
6. Hon long will the session take?
2h to 3.5hrs depends on what type of extensions services you are getting.
7. Can I wear eye makeup or mascara before getting eyelash extension?
No, and make sure no mascara was wore 3 days before your appointment. Do not use eyelash curler before or after eyelash extensions.
8. Can I get eyelash extension while pregnant?
Generally speaking, eyelash extensions are a safe and non-invasive cosmetic procedure. However, the procedure requires you to lay flat and still on your back for over one hour. This position can be hard if you are heavily pregnant and it is not recommended for women in the advanced stages of pregnancy.
Allergic reactions to the adhesive or tapes are very rare but patch test is recommended as the skin sensitivity might change during pregnancy.

9. Does it hurt during the application procedure?
Not at all, in fact you will not feel anything and will most likely fall asleep during the procedure.
10. Am I allergic to eyelash extensions products?
Some people may be allergic to eyelash extensions adhesive or tapes and can have allergic reactions such as swollen, red, puffy eyelids and under eye area. Allergic reactions are extremely rare and usually subside quickly once the extensions are removed.

11. Can I have eyelash extensions if I have hay fever?
No. The most common symptoms of hay fever are itchy and watery eyes. We recommend you to take a break until the symptoms subside.
12. Can I bring my children along to my appointment?
We respectfully request that you do not bring young children to your appointment. This is from a child safety standpoint and also so that we can concentrate on doing our job.
